Brig Henry, Senior

Brigden Henry
has spent the last 20 years doing naval engineering work and
project management to help maritime companies exceed their
profit expectations. He has a solid background in naval
architecture design and build, extensive experience in
marketing, product definition and management accounting.
Brig has a practical understanding of technical sales
including negotiating and contracting, a broad knowledge
base of computer-assisted engineering conceptual design.
Brig is also bilingual (English and French)
Brig received his MBA for Science and Technology, at Queen’s
University, Kingston, Canada in 1997 and his MSc (Naval
Architecture) at University College London in 1989.
Since 1997 Brig has been the Director of Business
Development at Autoship Systems Corporation in Vancouver,
Canada. At Autoship, he has secured key development
contracts with numerous major shipping lines, nurtured
numerous vendor/high level client relationships, held key
management roles in major customized software development
projects including contract writing, project technical
services coordinator and project manager. Brig also manages
highly motivated teams to develop high technology products
and services that are successful in the marketplace.
From 1984 to 1996 Brig held the title of Naval Officer for
the National Department of Defense, Ottawa, Canada. With
that title came various responsible positions such as a
project manager and naval architect

Management Software For Vessel Loading And Unloading At
Terminals” (BTO Conference, Quebec City, Canada, Sept 10,
2003)
And “The DDH-280 Vertical Launching System Installation – An
