Eileen Demetrio, VP Executive Recruitment
Eileen G.
Demetrio has been in the executive search and placement
arena for over six years. She is an owner and member of The
National Personnel Associates (NPA); a networking system
comprised of 400 privately owned recruitment and placement
businesses throughout the United States, Canada, Australia,
Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, United
Kingdom and Eastern Europe.
Before taking on the role of Professional Recruiter,
Eileen’s career has focused on advertising, marketing and
business operations.
A 1991 graduate of Seattle University, Eileen began her
career as a Project Manager at Adtech-Creative. There she
acted as Account Executive for clients such as Pepsi Cola,
DaVinci Syrups, DMX Cable Music, and WA State DOT. Eileen
created bids, presented concept developments and saw
projects through delivery as well as managed the billing for
each project. She managed the production of assignments as
well as supervising the creative team. Eileen’s experience
also includes managing PR events and media planning.
In 1998, Eileen joined Port Automation International, a
Netherlands based Depot and Port software house, in setting
up a US sales office. She successfully organized the
company’s launch including: office lease, purchase and
implementation of all equipment, legal and accounting
representation, billing program, and start-up procedures.
Eileen also managed the sales office grand opening event.
Once the office logistics were established, Eileen searched
for candidates and conducted interviews for permanent sales
office staff and assisted the Marketing Director in
developing a US client database.

Recruitment, Eileen uses an array of search resources and
outside networking connections to find qualified candidates
that meet your very specific needs. Because of her
affiliation with the NPA, we have at our fingertips
thousands of excellent candidates. Eileen will schedule and
conduct pre-qualifing phone interviews, manage the
scheduling of company interviews and administer the offer
process. Eileen will provide background, credit and
reference checks and guide both the candidate and the client
company in the offer acceptance. Eileen’s role at Invicta
offers a fundamental service for our clients who are looking
to develop, grow and improve their business.
