(More news will follow) COMPANY DEVELOPMENT Invicta is very pleased to announce that with immediate effect we are inviting Mr. Henry Liu (formerly ex Senior Project Manager for NAVIS LLC) to join the Management Team of IMS Inc and he will also join the board of IMS Hong Kong Ltd which will be launched towards the middle of April 2008. We have known Henry for a number of years and he brings over 10 years of “Hand’s On” Marine Terminal experience having helped some of the worlds leading marine terminals implement state of the art terminal technology. This experience will allow Invicta to offer global technology and operational advice to maritime terminals and Henry will also start to build a dedicated team of professionals that will allow IMS to offer turn key project management and consulting services to marine terminals of all sizes and throughputs. We are very pleased to welcome Henry on-board.
